We started small — one truck, one phone number, one promise: do the job right, show up when you say you will, and stand behind every roof. That approach has built us a business almost entirely by referral. Neighbors telling their neighbors, one roof at a time.
Today KTN serves homeowners across Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, Lincoln, Newcastle, Grass Valley, Granite Bay, and the surrounding Placer and Nevada County communities. We're still family-owned. The owner still climbs the roof on every job. The work still gets done the way it should.

Every KTN project follows the same path: a free written estimate and expert installation overseen by Fernando. No surprises, no upsells, no shortcuts.
We document everything with photos. We answer every call. We show up when we say we will. And when the job is done, we leave the property cleaner than we found it — magnetic sweeps for stray nails, full debris haul-off, and a final walk-through with you on-site so you can see the finished work before we leave.
